Sailing for Adults
We offer a selection of RYA Sailing courses, from beginners to those seeking to build on their existing skills.
So you achieve the best results from your time with our instructors, all of our group courses are only in a group of 3:1 instructor. Unlike most centres that run courses on 6:1 instructor ratios.
However if you would prefer not to be in a group training session, 1:1 tuition is available upon request @ £40/hr
Not to sure if sailing is for you? - 1hr taster sessions are regularly available.
Try it before splashing out on a full course.

RYA Level 1 (Start Sailing) - £205
If you are new to sailing then our introductory courses could be just for you. We have Laser Picos and RS Visions that are nice and wide and have plenty of room for adult sailors. These are ideal for those new to sailing as they offer greater stability.
This introductory level covers: How to sail in all directions, including an awareness of launching and recovering.
RYA Level 2 (Basic Skills) - £205
If you have done your level 1 or have done some sailing previously and want to get back into sailing then we offer a level 2 course, that could be just right for you.
This course builds on what you learnt at level 1. Rigging, launching, sailing in all directions. Capsize recovery and essential safety knowledge.
Sailing Level 1 & 2 Combined RYA Course - £396
If you have more time available and you want to make more progress then we offer a combined adult level 1 and level 2 spread over ten weeks, starting 8 May 2013
RYA Level 3 (Better Sailing) - £205
The aim of this 2 day course is to bridge the gap between Level 2 and the Advanced sailing modules. Your RYA instructor will introduce some basic racing skills, so your can get more out or your sailing.
Open Sailing
Once you have completed Level 1 you can come to our open sailing sessions (please phone ahead before arrival)
